Check the ground wires on the lifting lug near the thermostat housing. Those must be clean and secure or the LH will not work. One quick and dirty is to hot wire the pump directly from the battery (you can do that in the trunk or at fuse 30 since you've proven to have a good circuit there) and crank the car and see if it starts. If it does then you have a bad fuel pump relay or bad ECU. If it doesn't start then we have to do some more poking around.
The pump gets it's power from the pump relay. The pump relay gets it's power from main relay and both relays are grounded by the ECU. The pump relay only powers the pump but the main relay powers the pump relay and the injectors. So if the main relay was bad and you hot wire the pump the car still won't run.
