The thing to do is drive it straight home and find the problem. It now sounds like you have either a defect in the pump circuit that blew the fuse or a defective ECU that fails to ground (and close) the pump relay. (Maybe both.) I would have sworn that you said you tried a good loaner ECU without resolution of the problem. Some 1991 LH ECUs were known to go bad in that way. I hope you have a nice warm place to work on it at home. I don't know what is in the Bentley book but If you need the genuine schematic for that specific car I can scan and email it to you.
