The only thing I see here that's odd is the 0.4 volts at the injectors during the one test. You must have 12 volts there on those blue/red wires. The green/red wires go to the ECU to be grounded so the injectors open and spray fuel. Don't confuse one for the other (blue/red, green/red). Intermittent injector activity will result from poor quality grounds in the system and I'd advise that you detach, clean and re-attach the ground wires on the lifting lug. The meter test shows they are in contact but not the quality of that contact and we've seen no start situations due to weak connections there many times.
