A relatively recent post on here by some one of us who used square steel stock to rebuild the cross member where the front motor mount sits, after near total destruction by rust, makes yours look like a piece of cake to fix if no rust.
Hood, grille, bumper, radiator and AC condenser, plus whatever steel parts run across the front. Of course if tranny oil leaked probly the case got cracked, but if it's say just the front cover, still fixable. And of course if shifting trouble, may need some linkage work but maybe just jammed from the front mount being pushed back so much.
Get that hood pried up and see what the damage at front of tranny looks like, then post a pic of that.
