Well the new baby Walbro is installed and running..... took a 25 min ride down the X way for a family B-day dinner, and no issues at all.

I'm certain the barb is 6mm (this was noted on eEuro site details... they had another part which was an 8mm, but not what I bought). The kit supplied a nice little piggy tail hose (SAE R10 for immersion in fuel) that worked nicely. I don't trust their el cheap hose clamps, so instead used some size #13 EFI clamps made by ABA in Sweden. The filter I found at my local Adv. AP fit perfectly on the pump. The OAH of the pump assembly is a hair longer than the stocker Bosch, so when the 4 pronged lid for the tank went to snap in place, 2 of them were tight due to the angled filter-strainer. However it DID just snap shut..... for peace of mind I used some nylon zip ties to make sure those 2 on the "tight side" of the lid didn't come unfastened.

Hope these pics post up here..... if not, you can view them all here:

Fear not the WALBRO el cheap ($59) conversion kit.... just remember it does NOT fit the stock filter-strainer basket and you must remove all those parts and squeeze in another unit which perfectly fits the fuel intake snout on the WALBRO.
