That's not submersible hose --- you need SAE30 R10 -- google submersible fuel hose and an oreilly gates part will show up.

In a pinch as I knew I wasn't going to keep the pump in the car for long, I used the regular SAE R10. I don't think it was just a couple of weeks and it cracked out on the perimeter. I'd go back and replace it with the right one. There should be like a purple or pink strip on the hose running lengthwise as I recall.
