Hello,
It is a manual so change it. That leaving it alone is for automatic transmissions. If you read up on changing manual transmission fluid in these gearboxes you will see people recommend changing it often. It is a worthwile job on these gearboxes. Now on to what fluid to put in that you will find lots of opinions on as well. Good Luck, Bernie
