I have my 9000 Aero (5spd) and a BMW. My BMW, however, has only two wheels. It's a 1994 R1100RS w/ 30K miles.
I know I'll probably drive BMW again, after having had two in my past. They drive so well. But, the practicality aspect of a Saab (particularly the 9000 hatch, for me anyway) is a big selling point in my mind. And, as Mr. Ingram points out, there are precious few cars on the market (new or old) which combine the power and frugality of the 4-pot Saab turbos.
Cheers, and happy driving.
