What state are you in ?
Parts are not THAT hard to come by and if it doesn't pass state inspection
it can easily be moved home safely and legally on a flatbed for MUCH less
than those thieves will charge you for just a turn signal bulb...
Sounds like you're trying to get it fixed and inspected BEFORE you take
action to protect your valuable car - a HUGE mistake.
