I have Bilstein HD with H&R springs. This set up reduced body roll considerably but nearly as much as SAS sway bars. I also have/hd poly sway bar bushes front and rear as well as poly rear lower control arm and drop links. With this set up I feel every crack and line in the road. Bumps and holes really rattle the car. Smooth roads are really nice. The car does not crash forward at all during hard braking. Torque steer under hard acceleration with my SQR Stage 4 is almost gone.
With that said, I recently went back to rubber front sway bar bushes and rubber drop links which took the edge off the harshness. I also had the pleasure of driving Noel's CS with Aero suspension and SAS sway bars and I can attest to how level the car stays in hard cornering along with compliancy on straight roads.
