If you punch in tcs in the search bar, you will find many thousands of posts about the topic and when you are through reading all of them, you will know more than many and most Saab mechanics know about this system.
These TCS questions comes up so frequently so some of us might not give a full page explanation of the system every time since we know it has been written ad naseum over the years and is found in the archives.
Since you mention warm engine with problems and since it sounds like a bleeder valve problem. I would very quickly when everything is still piping hot measure the resistance over the two pins on the bleeder valve and if it is much over 30 Ohm (like 40 or more or even open circuit) the valve is bad.
This is a 5 minute trouble shooting that will probably solve the problem.
