The clutch can really go forever it seems. I think what typically happens is the slave cylinder goes out, and thus the clutch is replaced before it's really worn out (because you obviously want to avoid pulling the trans twice). I replaced mine at about 230k and honestly I think I could have gotten more out of it. It's tough to tell when a hydraulic clutch is wearing out, but you will get slippage before it's terminal, so not something to replace preventative.
I've replaced the voltage regulator once and the whole alternator once (bearing failure). I'm not sure how easy it is to get to on the 2.3l cars, but if it's not too tough it isn't a bad idea to replace the VR as cheap insurance if you drive long distances. If you stay local, the battery gives you enough power to get where you need to in order to replace it.
