Hi,
You have a baby, and she shuold last for many many years if you maintain.
Key areas:
DI Cassette
Fuel pump
Replace pulleys and inspect tensioner every 75k
Replace oil 3k for dino, 5k for synthetic
Check all rubber hoses, replace with silicon if you are so inclined
BPC valve clogs, freezes, shorts then blows the transistors in the ECU, so if you are having low boost or overboost cut-off, these are blown
Alternator lasts forever esp the high amp one in the aero, but the brushes do wear. Just buy a new alternator after 200k.
Head gasket will go after some time, make sure the mechanic follows head bolt tightening procedure.
Replace brake fluid every two years regardless of mileage. The system takes on water and air which kills everything.
Timing chain, sprockets and tensioners should be replaced after 200-250k-at the very least replace the guides and tensioners.
If you get some tapping from the engine, check lifters and crank bearings, they get play after a while and wear down into the copper.
AC hoses will leak at the compression fittings, replace if UV die shows leakage, also o ring at bulkhead under windshield, the compressor will last forever if you keep the system charged and oiled with ester oil.
Sandens are supposed to be best by my Seiko is still running....
Clutch, brake pads, rotors, all the normal wear stuff keep an eye on.
Good luck and enjoy
Sam
