Stuff I've done...I'm at 189+K

My '96 CSE (stored for the winter) has a bit over 189K. Did the clutch last summer at 183K.
My daughter had the car from 170K to 186K and I'm sure she took some miles off its life, as did teaching her and her sister to drive a manual tranny. She was out in CA then so I had the work done at Walter Wong's. He did the clutch, master and slave cylinders, plus some other things it needed anyway. If I'd had the car for those miles instead of her it might have gone longer, but who knows? FWIW, Walter had me buy OEM parts for master & slave--said the aftermarket stuff wasn't as reliable.
My alternator brushes needed replacing at about 150K when they were making noise and the VR readings were low. The noise was actually due to a worn commutator, so I wound up doing the whole thing at 165K. Not fun, but more awkward than hard. My procedures for the brushes and the whole alternator are in the FAQ section for 9000s on this site.
At 186K you might want to look at the power steering pump. Mine died at 168K on a cross-country trip. Had a used one put in. I should have checked it when I did the alternator, so if you pull your alternator make sure the PS pump shaft has no play and all the hoses are OK.
Otherwise, keep an eye on water pump, hoses, top connection on the radiator. I did a starter at about 145K. How are you motor mounts? I did my lowers when the clutch was done.
