Tough one to even try and diagnose over the net. To me, it didn't sound like a rod or anything. Too irregular and not quite the right sound, based on what I could hear? Does it get worse when it warms up? A bad bearing almost always will sound worse as the oil thins while warming up. Start by running it without the accessory belt. The alternator, water pump, etc. can all make bad bearing noises. I guess it could also be a collapses lifter, or even the FPR. Get a cheap mechanics stethoscope and try to narrow it down. It's pretty rare something in the bottom end lets go on these engines.
