I made a new video with a better example of the noises being made.

It's definitely on the drivers side of the car.
I pulled the valve cover and rotated the engine. I dont see anything here. I'm going to pull the cams and look around. Then I'll probibly start pulling the engine in order to pull the head. I'll probably just end up doing chains, clutch, some motor mounts all at the same time.
What all things should I look into doing while the engine is out? If it's going to be pulled.
