Yes the poly rear sway bar bushes do oval out over time. I think autozone is where I got a set of the 19mm poly bushings for the rear sway bar on one of the 9000's. It may have been sold as 3/4 inch, which is quite close. The steel clamps that surround the polyurethane bushing had grease zerks !!(remember those? On the old cars?).
If the poly inserts had a groove for the lube, and a person actually had the silicone lube and shot it in there once in a while, the rounding-out may be prevented. I have yet to do it. A guy might be able to drill their own grease channel in the bushes. Or replace after a few years cuz they are cheap.
Had good success so far with the purple SUPERFLEX rear butterfly bushes. There were pricey, maybe 70 bucks 5 or 6 years ago, but 80k miles later and they don't squeak.
