I just took on this project on my 9000 a couple of months ago.one problem I had was I could not unloosen any of the connections without taking the threads with it. I ended up buying the hose from Euro parts. I had a hose company make the little hose. And I had a spare hose that was still good. I ended up replacing everything in the system except the part that is inside the dash and the compressor. So the condenser the evaporator all the switches the expansion valve I put in all new.I had an old fan for the condenser from several parts cars that I have here was able to clean one up and get it to work properly. It's been working great for the last couple of months. I pulled the system down evaporated all the moisture out it held pressure for 12 hours. I bought a set of AC gauges and filled it up properly. So just be aware if you try and take any of the connections loose and they don't want to come apart it's seized up. I didn't think it would do that but after I ruined the second condenser I just gave up. So I think it was around $500 to put everything in from eeuroparts. So not too bad to have a working AC. Good luck let us know how it turns out.
