I'll pull the speedo ASAP and take a peek. I have pulled the dash before (on the '78 GL I drove in high school) and I don't remember it being hard to do at all.
If you would be kind enough to email/post that injector flush process, I'd appreciate it. I can be reached at: aaron (-dot-) mcdaniel [--at--] geog (-dot-) utah (-dot-) edu
The passenger side is rusted along the side/door trim almost the lenght of the car. It is so odd. It seems fixable with enough grinding and bondo. There are currently two spots, one on the hatch, one on the driver's side front fender, that have gone through. Again, some sort of patch + bondo might do the trick. I will have to get some paint matched spray cans or a new respray, but I don't think that the car will be worth it. At least, my budget can't save this car. The crappy thing about the paint is that, for the most part, it is in terrific shape - I think the car was mostly garaged/covered. The hood looks almost brand new, as do the sides (EXCEPT where the rust is). What a great color the Anathracite Gray is.
But, I digress...
Thanks all, for the info.
