I agree that the techs should treat our cars as well as we do or better. It just doesn't happen that way. I have had to shampoo my carpets or clean greasy fingerprints or fix broken bits...or....I could go on and on. I have just sadly resigned myself to the fact it won't change and I need to pick my battles. If you did get them to replace the door handle, what might they damage while doing that procedure. Yes, I know, sad but true....
