Ok... that is a bummer the throttle body and control module you probably
didn't see coming. It sounds like you may still be under warranty for those.
My 1999 9-3 has had some repairs (SID, heater knobs, air bag connector replaced under warranty). I had to pay for the head gasket myself at
81,000. SID pixels going out again..
That said, last summer I installed the MPP intercooler. My drive down
to Trenton NJ through Princeton was a nice very enjoyable ride..I notice
the difference in power and spool up the whole way down. The SAS sway bar
kept a smile on my face around the curves. And at the end of the trip
the 32 MPG also put a smile on my face.
Yes the SID pixels are going out again but for miles on car it still is
my favorite cars of the car's I've owned.
