Make sure first that it is the rear main seal. It can go very wrong when you replace it and it is difficult without prior knowledge or even better, the Saab special tool to guide the seal in.
It is several posts about how to make a tool for the seal to slide on.
I would replace converter seal since the converter is rattling around when you remove the transmission and if the seal is old and fragile, it might be enough to damage it. But the same goes there, you could also botch the job and have a leaking seal afterwards.
I would replace drive shaft seals.
I use Loctite 518 on the flywheel bolts and not need to replace them.
Only some oil on the seal lip is needed.
