It could be a broken intercooler hose or cracked intercooler but at this phase we have gotten to a point where we could keep guessing forever and without looking at the car and doing some basic testing, it is not possible to go any further.
Imagine if I jump in the car and take a test drive around the block and I could tell right away what it is without even having to look at anything.
That's how simple it can be with some of the problems when you have the car present.
So you either have to slug it along yourself taking apart and look at every part connected to the intake system or find a Saab mechanic that could run some tests.
Not everything can be solved over the internet.
