I've an 01 SE with (Currently with Viggen rims on it) Ill trade ya for your Viggen, sounds like you should have an SE rather than a Viggen.
In all seriousness, it sounds like you really should rather have an SE instead of the Viggen. The SE is nowhere near as low as the Viggen, and the interior is nearly identical.
I actually have seen a picture of a Viggen where someone replaced the front bumper with one from an SE. I imagine that would take care of most of the issue with being so low. Personally, I think that would be sacrilegious though, IMHO you probably should have an SE instead.
Heh "Pro at avoiding bumps and potholes" I feel that statement more than any other. Where I live the streets are heavily crowned, you should watch me crabbing sideways through the intersections around here. On many of the intersections, the crown is so substantial, only one front wheel will be on the ground.
I have certain streets that I can take, and others I cannot. However, I am somewhat used to that sort of thing. My prior two toys were a 63, and a 59 euro Bug, both were in the weeds, lower than the Viggen. The approach angle in the Bugs was better though as the front wheels are more toward the front corners.
