my 2000 is still on the original clutch at 175 k km which from what I have read is a very high quality piece so hopefully yours lasts much longer as well.
where is the fuel filter on your factory maintenance schedule?
have you got a spare DI cassette?
Viggen spec springs and strut inserts are quite difficult to find so keep your springs from rusting and breaking at the bottom, otherwise your only choice may be an aftermarket lowering spring that keeps your car at the same stance in the front. the trick is to not put in new rear springs because then the ass end is now lower and you lose the rake stance, (unless you are set on lowering the back as well). Mike's beautiful car there looks a bit lowered in the back, if I were to say.
most have had to replace factory with Koni, Bilstein and Eibach for inserts and springs. Voghtland is another name still making a spring for this car. there might be a few more that others can suggest.
Boost valves are also not cheap so keep your eyes peeled for a spare.
Did you mention replacing your vacuum lines with silicon hose?
a lot of the radio units give up the ghost by now so you might need to upgrade there, which is no easy feat. personally my AM reception is zilch but I haven't chased down the wire antenna that someone told me runs back to the rear window?
have you had the pleasure of having your downpipe and cat replaced yet? they can be a bear to get off and are not cheap at all.
Flex pipe failures are what every 2-4 years depending on mileage..
one nice thing is these shift balls seem to be a forever item - hard as a bowling ball!
all for now,
Wayne
