Thanks, Anders! I’ve checked the relay contacts with a test light connected to ground, and these are the results:
Pin 30: light on
Pin 86: light on
Pin 85: no light
Pin 87: no light
Not sure exactly how to check for trigger ground, or if I misread you. I can take multimeter readings (or even hook up my not-so-trustworthy oscilloscope) if that could help troubleshoot.

I also replaced the coolant temperature sensor, and it did not help the situation, though the old one looked pretty beat up.

Something strange: I noticed that when the engine gets hot enough for the high speed fan to turn on, I feel the low speed relay click, but not the high speed relay. Seems like something is definitely weird before the relays- any hope for my ICE?
