That's rare. That actually kinda sucks. But you gotta go with what's worked for you. I've done 4 cars, all above 75K, without leaks. Maybe cut back to a heavier semi-syn? Did going back to dino help or was the leak there to stay? Which seals gave out?
My NG eventually developed a leak from an incident where it rested on an ice flow directly on the pan, and stunk when driven hard. Look at it this way, nobody could stand tailgating it on the highway!
