Depends on what I'm doing, but I have this 32oz pitcher that I refill several times a day. I usually fill it about 3 times, plus I drink at least 16-32oz when I workout. I agree with Jon that if you drink too much water you could be sacrificing nutrients, but I think that it would be much more than 64oz. However, considering how much water is in your body, it would make sense to try to keep it full.
