I hate to be morbid, but...
Whenever I drive over a bridge going 60 mph in heavy traffic, I compulsivly wonder what would happen if there was an accident. I think some cars could hit the guard rail at high speeds. Are they designed to bouce cars back onto the road, or, if you hit one head on going 65 would you just shoot right through it?
If you do find your car in a river, assuming you're conscious, what do you do? I'd think open your door/window and climb out and swim, but would power locks/windows work if the car was submurged? If you couldn't get out, how long would you have before the car was full of water/you ran out of air? Doesn't this seem like a big hazard to anyone else?
