Hey guys, sorry for the repost, but I don't think anyone saw the original Perf BB post. The point is this news is huge and I'd hate to see it go unnoticed.
Has anyone seen or heard about the new Lotus Elise, which is faster (0-60 and 1/4 mile) than the Ferrari 360 Modena and Road and Tracks claims it also may very well be the best handling car in the world. The old Elise was beaten in handling only by the 360 Modena in first place, and Lotus promises the new US version will outshine it's predicessor. It's coming to the USA next spring!
some other noteworthy quotes;
"The best handling car in the world"
-CAR Magazine
"The best driver's car in the world"
- AutoCar
Anyone else have any opinions on the little car? VERY impressive for $39,000 versus the Ferrari price tag, especially when it claims to be better in every aspect of performance.
Check out the november road & track, it's on the front cover.
A sports car which will probably set the bar in performance, for a realistic price tag, wow!
here's a picture below.
take care!
