not as easy as it seems,yes we dont always hear something,maybe sometimes it wasnt explained exactly correct to us,maybe what you call the right is actually the left.SAAB sets limitations on what we can do on a car under warranty under certain situations.Try buying 70 or 80,000 dollars worth of tools to stay up to date to be able to fix SAAB's.No dealer is perfect but most strive to be the best they can be which sometimes isnt good enough.We have 20 new loaner cars that are loaned free every day,does your indy shop give you a brand new SAAB to drive when you come in for service? Also try and work flat rate,you get paid by the job,I have $0 base pay,i get paid by how fast and proficiant i can be,f i only "turn" 30 hours in a week thats all i get paid,if i "turn" 80 hours thats what i get paid,somedays i am at work for 10 hours and only get paid for 5,thats the life i choose.Have any of you ever not done your job 100% every day? we are all human and mistakes happen,thats life.Does your indy install genuine SAAB parts on every job he does? I know my opinions wont change many minds here as most of you dont like dealers,just because you dont like them doesnt mean you have to bash them
