Fe at 35 ppm on a ~4,000 mile interval isn't bad at all... Blackstone Labs says this engine averages 30 ppm on a 3,000 mile average use interval.
My last UOA ('02 9-5 Aero) back in November (14,282 miles) showed 1.0% fuel dilution--I think this is more common in colder weather. Plus I believe these turbo SAABs tend to run a little rich, especially if you use a lot of boost.
Ed NC's UOA ('99 9-3) showed some fuel dilution as well.
I wouldn't worry TOO much about it, provided that your wear metals don't spike. However, if the fuel dilution persists or gets worse, you should probably get the dealer to do a injector leakdown test at the very least.
