I lived in Germany for 3 years. Very few people drive above 100, most likely because fuel milage drops quickly. Trucks are limited to 100kph (62mph). You also see many underpowered cars on the autobahn. Driving a Kia wasn't the problem. If Rolf was doing 155 as he was approaching her car, then he was wrong.
