It doesn't matter Autobahn is a no speed limit highway. It's a public highway different from a track, where you can expect to meet slower moving traffic than yours even though the slow moving person on the left lane can be an idiot.
Also, maybe not always for that either. Say there're only two lanes like another person pointed out here. On the right lane there's a truck going 70mph. You are going 100mph. And when you decide to pass that truck on the left, you couldn't see anything approaching at 150mph behind you. While you are on the left lane, a car approaches you at 150mph. You'll have to move to the right as soon as you can, but the person moving at 150mph will have to slow down until the lane is cleared. The 150mph driver curses the heck out of it, but is there anything you did wrong? Absolutely nothing.
If you wanna drive at 150mph, it's your responsibility to slow down at a safe distance when you see a slower moving car in front, and such a thing is entirely expected even Autobahn. Tailgating at such a speed also shouldn't be tolerated.
