I think Chris/Ludwig covers most of the lot issues above, there are the obvious legal & construction suitability that you run into with any prospective building lot, plus the access one also mentioned by another poster. Since you are proposing a house, rather than a factory, or a cathedral, you probably won't need a huge crane for construction, but it is something to think about. I would think one other issus with this type of construction is that it may be very difficult to make changes later, such as if you want to remodel in future, or put on an addition. Even changes during construction may prove difficult, you know, if when the exterior walls go up, and you decide you would like another window in the kitchen! It's probably a good thing to work with an Architect/designer who is familiar with SIPS. The company themselves should be able to advise you of any special considerations with regards to site.
