If you're in the South you may not get the full benefit of such panels, namely insulation. In colder climates there may be a better payoff. Plus, humidity will need to be seriously addressed (as with everything else).
I've built four houses in my lifetime, and to be honest, despite a Civing Engineering degree and a nice design project back home using the stuff I would still think hard about it. Home building is a very conservative trade, and the more you limit your options and the number of people who can work on something, the price jumps. At sell time, if the inspector is not into the stuff, you may turn potential buyers off. Never mind that you can actually do a better job with the stuff, if people are not used to it... Look at metal framing.
If it is a one of a kind 6,000 square foot house on a lake, probably not an issue, if it's a 'typical' upscale 3000 sq ft job around similarly priced 'traditional' houses, I'd think more about it. Same reason I could not do a Frank Lloyd Wright house around the McMansions here in Indy :-)
