it was only a suggestion if you were desperate for your Saab. I visited body shop few times so I'm not completely in dark, but I still have problems with body shop.
The last time I went there, they told me that they will hook me up on my personal job (painting and installing the body kit) if I gave them the big ticket item (insurance job). After they fixed my car and gave me a better/actual quote on my personal job, I told them that they don't need to install and I will do it myself as they didn't give me the deal as they promised. If I knew that was gonna happen, I would have taken my car to other shop. So if anybody reading in Seattle, skip "R'n'R" in Bellevue and go somewhere else.
