Didn't know I was going to start such an uproar.
Chrome accents on the bumper. Chrome accents were on the bumper from 70-73.
Oilcooled engine was used in 911 from what late 60's to 98 that 38 years of the same basic engine design. The new 996 represents to me a more cookie cutter design that is very profitable since is shares alot of it interior and exterior parts with the boxster. It also gave up some the sex appeal that the 993 had, which they are trying to get back.
How long was the saab a 2 stroke?
Mike I hear your point, but hear mine as well. The one thing that tied all the 911's together over 38 years was the oil cooled engine design.
