Almost 2 weeks ago my clutch blew on my 01 Viggen. I thought this was strange mainly cause the car has 55k on it and I'm never all that hard on the car...oh well...so I had Saab Nashua North take a look at after DRIVING the car into the lot. 2 days later they come back and say I also blew my axle for a cost of $2400 (so how did I drive the car there???? they had no answer, only that viggens have a lot of power, which doesn't answer how I drove the car to the) so at this point I said forget it, I'm taking it some place else. Tonight I finally was able to get the to dealership to pay the $434 charge of them taking the tranny out and looking at the clutch and PUTTING THE CAR BACK TOGETHER. I think they missed a step because when AAA got to SAAB Nashua North and opened my trunk, my tranny was sitting in my trunk along with the clutch and all that good stuff on top of all my stuff...my Saab hat, a few abercrombie sweatshirts and what not. SOOOOO my beef is, why did I pay 434 bucks so they could stuff my tranny into the trunk, sscratch the hell out of my trunk lip, ruin my personal stuff, and leave the engine just hanging there. have you ever tried to move a tranny so you can get the tow hook out. doesn't work so well. At this point I'm so sick of Nashua North and all of their games I will NEVER be going back the dealer and will make sure that I get that word out....how can a place like this stay in business? ill post pics soon, its a site for sore eyes....
