First "SAABGUY" I have the right to complain about SNN. they have never treated me with kindness or respect. I have spent more time trying to get them to do actual work on my car then anywhere else. It took me bringing my car their on 3 separate times just so they could fix my head liner...which they seem to always "forget" to fix. Second who are you tell me that I'm burning bridges, I have no problem at other Saab dealers so how do you know how others treat me. If a friend is with its usually so they can give me a ride back to my home, they never open their mouth, just wait in the car or in the showroom. if I were 45 years old and 20 you better believe I wouldn't be having these stories about them. I do this age has a lot to do with how I'm treated there. this doesn't excuse them from throwing my tranny in my trunk and charging me 434 bucks for nothing. I paid a good amount of money for this car so I CAN complain about the small things that they over look and ignore. PLUS I don't know where you get this RICH RELATIVES thing from because my family doesn't even buy Saab's. Perhaps you should really think about what you know about me before trying to slander me and suggest that I do nothing but try to create problems with everyone. I'm very picky about my car, and I have every right to be. SNN deserves everything they have coming to them. I've fought with them over everything for the past 2 years and 3 Saab I've got from them. I can tell you that I will never being going back, Gary Blake Saab is far better and actually seem to care about the relationship they have with their customers. I can tell you work there and I hope some day the public realizes just how low that place is. How can I trust dishonest people who are only out to make a buck???? no one can. I have tried to believe what they say about what my car needs, but when talking to others, they always chuckle about how much they are charging or what needs to be done. It's just dumb that I even have to be fighting with people over stupid stuff like this.
