Although this sounds like a absolute dealership night mare, that blows all
the other stories away, dont you think you owe the general public the truth about how you act at dealerships.
You whine and complain constantly about the most mundane procedures performed. You constantly threaten that all your "rich relatives" will never come to the dealership if you dont get your way, no matter if its humanly possible or not. And you also bring in friends to do nothing but antagonize the service representatives that are tying to help you.
By the way, all this was observed first hand and not at Saab Nashua North, so I can only assume that you are burning bridges up and down the east coast with all the Saab Dealerships. Pretty soon your going to run out of places to take your car.
My recommendation is to find a good mechanic, make friends with him, treat him with respect and drop all the paranoid attitude. Then, and only then, can I think that you will get consistantly good repairs. If you trust good people, they will treat you right.
