my point was that the CA govt should be focusing being more serious about how they issue drivers licenses in this state. Driving is a PRIVILEGE and not RIGHT. The testing procedure should be more comprehensive and consistant. I know for a fact that the driving portion of the test can vary greatly depending on which DMV office or DMV tester you get. If the DMV were stricter and more professional, maybe people would take driving more seriously.
I was very lucky to have a great driving instructor, my dad. He instilled in me driving defensively and the seriousness of driving. After driving for 11 years, I got into my first accident a few months ago. So, you never know, you could be a split second away from seriously hurting someone or even taking someone's life.
