...and just recently found out that, even with regular oil changes, an engine defect may result in improper breakdown of oil leading to harmful engine damage. While the manufacturer of the vehicle extended the warranty a few years, warranty coverage will still not last nearly as long as I had originally intended to keep the car.

Oh, and I really don't feel comfortable driving the car more than a few miles from my home without a spare $300 part in my trunk that tells the spark plugs when to fire.

But, and get this, when it comes time to replace the car, I WILL PROBABLY BUY THIS BRAND OF CAR AGAIN.

Would anyone (Saab owners and Saab-owners alike) care to make any generalizations about:

1) me
2) the brand of car I'm driving?
