I think us car drivers need to put on super high roof rack and carry deadly items such as heavy and sharp poles or super sharp metal sheet shaped like a blade when driving around.
That way, if we get in the head on collision with there monsters, both of us has a chance to die and not only the car driver.
As far as governemntal control, I think they must make the bumper hight the same. They do it for the cars, but they need to do it for ALL vehicle that are licensed to be on the road. SUVs, Trucks, 18 wheelers, hell, even motorcycle can all get a bumper the same hight! That makes sense. What is the point of having a bumper on jacked up SUV when that bumper will ride over our hood? That's legal, we need a bumper that's strong enough and low enough to go under SUV and lift up and flip them suckers!
