We grille at least 4-5 nights a week in summer. Maybe once a month in winter, but that is more family logistics than weather.
We put the Weber on the screen porch in winter, though. A couple winters ago the thing got buried out side and we lost power for 2 days. Went to cook on the grille (our stove is electric). Dug it out and NOTHING would get it to start. The tank was full, but is was so cold (been under 10 degrees for days) plus the thing had been buried for a couple weeks, and the gas just wouldn't flow to get it started. Think some ice had gotten into the valve or something. But usually it does start fine, even in the cold.
And it is satisfying to grille in winter, especially when your neighbors give you weird looks! 8^)
