9-3 SS repair and 9-2 X loaner

My wife took our 9-3 SS in for a non functional driver's window (sounded like something grinding in there) and seat belt recall.
The ticket said "frayed wires" on the window, and they did the recall work. They also washed it and dressed the tires, very nice.
Mrs. W. was disappointed in the 9-2 X she got for a loaner. We used get a 9-5 Aero, and they picked up the gas. Now they give 9-2 X's, and you have to bring it back full.
That probably affected her opinion, but she found the doors on the 9-2 thin, and said it didn't feel solid like our Saabs. I didn't get to drive it myself, and now I'm kind of sorry I didn't take care of the service visit myself so I could have checked it out.
