who couldn't keep her hands from changing radio stations or CDs, I would suggest pulling the radio unit from the car and make sure he doesn't put on his MP3 player or CD player with headset at full blast.
No, my daughter is not driving on her own yet but that's what she does whenever she sits next to me in the car. I have threatened to pull all radio and CD player from the car once she starts driving solo.
