I have trouble actually allowing myself to sleep (as I feel I am wasting time by going to bed). Love watching the late night shows, cruising the net (how else would one read all of SaabNet!), and simply keeping myself occupied. Drives the gf nuts.
With working all day (60 hours a week or so) and travelling all weekend (gf is 1.5 hours away), there's not much time to do stuff "for me." So I try it after work, working out, dinner, which means I start anywhere from 8-9pm.
I sleep probably 1 or 2 - 6 or 7am. The worst part is I used to make it up on the weekends with maybe an 8-10 hour night rest, but I am used to the "short" sleep, so I am up on the weekends by 8 or so. :o( And I can't force myself to nap either. So when I head to bed, it really is because I crash!
Too bad, as I know it's not that good for you. :o\
