They are treating Saab like a step child in the GM family. Beginning to market Saturn in the near luxury market makes no sense, unless the real goal of GM is to discontinue Saab after they've positioned their other brands to take over. I hate to be one of the doom sayers, but it's looking more and more like this is their plan. I would love have the wrong idea here, but just look at their plan of making a smaller Cadillac in Trollhättan. This car will compete with the 9-3SS in the A4, BMW 3-series and S60 segment. How will that help Saab?
