seriously...... and I quote from his site:

OK. Now, granted, you could say that global warming COULD possibly be the cause of more sever weather, and that perhaps Bush hasn't been as strong on the environment as he could have been. However, I can't imagine 5 years in office is enough to turn around any problems which were happening with the environment. Seriously. If we adopted Kyoto and every other regulation today, there are still milestones to hit, some of which are decades away. It's not gonna stop hurricanes next summer, or the one after that. It takes decades to change the environment. Look at water pollution which is finally getting better in many places after strict laws in the 70's and 80's.

Even with all that, it's still debatable that global warming even exists, OR that global warming is the cause of increasingly severe weather at all.

Basically, no one really knows much of anything :)Especailly Michael Moore.
